Job Scope • Create User (Super Agent, Merchant, etc.)• Support for updating data • Record the users' data• Support for handling some Super Agent/Sub Agent accounts• Support system reports for users to reconcile• Prepare reports for Central Bank of Myanmar• Support Customers Complaints• Support Mobile Top Up Operation• Test UAT• Support Daily Operation• Support Compliance Team• Support Risk Management Team• Work closely with IT team, Business team and Finance team
• Any graduate• English ( Good working knowledge ) • At least 3 years in Banking or Services industry• Must have team management experience and skill• Good Analytical and Communication Skills
