• Answer and respond customer service phone calls • Provide onsite and online customer services• Provide solutions to the customers’ issues and problems • Provide necessary training and after-sales service • Registration and recording of customer service records• Responsible for successful implementation of application software• Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction at all time.• Responsible to prepare necessary documentation and manual when needed• Responsible to provide report, communicate and escalation to management timely.
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent• Good knowledge, skill and experience in accounting knowledge• Mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service• Possess strong interpersonal and excellent public relation skills• Proficiency in written and spoken English preferred• Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail)
