Focal person to communicate with dedicated client/s• Receiving inquiries, shipment info from client and timely feedback to clients• Timely reporting to respective clients for every step of each job• Updating all jobs in specific Job Follow Up for each client (both phone and mail)• Receiving documents from clients and hand over back to clients after job done• Scanning and filing all related documents for each job in computer system• Direct communication with respective focal person from clearance and trucking teams; document check, shipment processing, cargo release, transportation arrangement, etc.• Daily follow up on going jobs and maintain all jobs are done within time frame• Assisting in invoicing• Daily and weekly report to Senior Customer Service Officer• Back up for other customer service officer during his/ her leave or out of office
• Bachelor Degree in minimum.• Minimum 2 year experiences customer service. Experience in CMP, Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding is preferable.• Strong capacity in communication with client• Fluent Chinese in writing and speaking is a MUST• Fluent English language skill (especially in mail conversation)• High problem solving skill• Proactive learning skill with high motivation
