Responsible for the operations of the language centres, including: business development, centre operations, customer services and programme qualifications.• Business development responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to hit sales targets and promote Speak UP courses- Prepare sales reports.- Market survey and set up sales strategies, preparing plans to achieve Sales. - Prepare plans and budgets for approval by the General Manager, and once agreed, implement those plans.- Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors. - Liaising with Marketing department to provide high quality information to customers.- Training, coaching, supervising sales team.• Academic responsibilities:- Work closely with Academic Director and Training Manager to provide highest qualification programmes and services. - Ensure smooth operations of the centre and implementation of curriculum and classes - Monitor/evaluate programme outcomes, student assessment reports and exit questionnaires.• Operation and administrative responsibilities: - Recruit appropriately qualified and experienced staff for the efficient operation of the Centre.- Supervise student administration and counselling services conducted in the Centre and maintain and improve Programmes.- Maintain and upgrade systems/procedures for all administration tasks at Centre and liaise with the General Manager to ensure consistency. - Monitor Teaching Centre purchase requisitions and expenditures. - Provide financial and academic reports to the General Manager.- Lead staff to provide the highest quality Programmes for the students.- Ensure a team spirit among staff.- Represent Speak UP in a way that enhances its reputation.
• Bachelor Degree in business, English or other discipline• Master Degree an advantage• Minimum 3 years experiences of Education management • Clear understanding of local and foreign educational systems• Have excellent staff management skills.• Have excellent Sales Skills and knowledge.• Advanced Proficiency in English, minimum of IELTS level 6 preferred.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email.

They can book any classes that suit their free time and cancel it when busy and receive a make-up later. This means for busy working adults they will not miss any lessons which affect the training quality.
