PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo manage SME Customers relationship and government as well, drive profitable business and increase market share by offering relevant solutions to customers’ requirements. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES• Lead the team of Partner Account Manager (SME & Gov Sectors) to achieve company objectives• Manage internal team’s workflow and execution of deliverables• Handle effective management on key clients to ensure sales and retention KPI’s are met for each sectors• Ensure personal sales processes, reporting and systems management is carried out in an accurate and timely manner• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to the customers’ issues• Negotiate Contracts and close agreement to maximize profit
