PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To create B2B fixed service product portfolio for Enterprise and IP transit customers. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES - Create and manage end to end product lifecycle for fixed services Develop a strong fixed product portfolio, - differentiating Ooredoo Business from other business operators - Develop products by optimizing available technology resources and low costs - Create and deploy innovative solutions to improve revenues and customer experience -Manage and track KPIs on performance of B2B fixed & Wholesale services - Interact with Sales, Communication, Finance, and customer Care
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS - University Graduate 3-5 years product development and management experience in fixed services - Excellent writing, reading and presentation skills in English language - Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)- Understand telecommunication market with emphasis on B2B fixed services - Experience in setting segmented product strategies and understanding of Marketing Plans and operations.
