Identify new business development opportunities and clients in coordination with the Head of Business Development. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field.3-5+ years in major Client Management, Sales, Business Development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. Contract management experience. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint Word, Excel. Knowledge of Gmail Suite (Gmail. Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.) Budgeting and financial reporting experience in administrative purpose.
