to develop Modern Trade team and On Trade turn around for Seagram Myanmar -• by providing strategies and guidelines to MOT team, • by driving connection to key MOT decision makers of YGN and MDY, • by setting KPI targets to MOT executives and MOT supervisors according to Seagram Myanmar PGSB segmentation, • by aligning brand direction with Sales, MIS and Marketing team to develop HP/IB in MOT,• by uplifting MOT capabilities and by providing training and coaching to MOT team, • by designing commission and incentive scheme for MOT team,• by identifying key decision makers from Yangon/Mandalay beer gardens, restaurant groups and develop partnership opportunities, • by driving Sales Team through collaboration with marketing for On Trade Activation Plan with clear measurable KPIs (conversion, new outlets, depletion etc),• by ensuring effective use of resources (BA, premiums, incentives) to be used in focus outlets and developing trade terms for on trade channel.
-Any graduate, preferred to MBA-At least 10 years experience in Sales (FMCG),preferred to Beverages industry background-Proven work experience as a National sales manager-Experience managing a high performance sales team-An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics-Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills-Strong communication and team management skills-Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude-Availability to travel as needed-Proven commercial projects experiences-Analytical and strong in Microsoft excel and power point
