• Internal/External Interactions: o Internal General Manager & Country Manager Automotive BU Heads/Managers Other related BUso External Licensor Customers• Functional Responsibilities - Business Development- Sales team and sales manager leadership- Key accounts management- Products and services diversification- Market survey and opportunity identification - Branch management and coordination- Quality improvemento Financial Management- Achieve budgeted sales target as well as budgeting process - Business performance review (monthly and yearly)o Marketing- Pricing strategy- Sales and rental strategy- Branding & corporate identity development- Promotional campaign leadershipo Team management- Coaching and training staffs- Staff and work policy- Process set up- Conflict resolution• Knowledge Responsibilities: - Local regulations related to the business- Basic knowledge about vehicle specifications and maintenance• Travel Requirements: - Annual oversea travel for licensee conference- Regular travel in Yangon area and nearby- Travel outside of Yangon for branch/network expansion
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related fields• Minimum (5) years experience in management level ,at least (2) years in car rental services business• Well experience of team management • Articulate with excellent verbal and written English and Burmese language communication skills• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
