We might just have the type of role for you to play at nexlabs. You are expected to own the sales targets and develop new proposals. You will own the business development process. You are responsible for not only bringing in new businesses but also strengthening existing client relationships. You are expected to go out and meet with new prospects and develop strong relationships with them. You will be working closely with the leadership team and other business development team members to maximize revenue. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following areas: -Operational Responsibilities -Build and oversee the day to day operation of your own team. -Devise strategies for driving sales growth across the business. -Analyse existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate. -Recommend and implement sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis. -Develop strong relationships with prospects consistently to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements. -Work with other members of the company and take the leadership to generate cross selling opportunities. -Represent nexlabs in various events and conferences to create a strong network. -Build strong rapport and establish trust with clients. -Understand a range of solutions and apply an intelligent, consultative sales pitch. -Collaborate with Operation Team to ensure customer satisfaction. -Contribute to and implement vision, mission and strategy for the business development team. -Set tough but achievable revenue targets for the business development team members. -Work with HR in staffing, training, and performance evaluations of the business development team. -Develop best-in-class business development team with utmost customer satisfaction. -Contribute to company's financial and budget activities. -If needed, support marketing initiatives which may include; articles writing, campaigns, website revisions, etc. -Leadership Opportunities -Make sure company policies, work procedures and systems are followed across the team. -Assist HOD in planning and implementing procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency. -Responsible for the achievement of the team productivity and quality goals. -Empower the team with delegated responsibility, openness for new ideas, setting clear goals for the career growth, providing regular feedback and performance evaluation process. -Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members. -Maintains team members by keeping the positive work environment; training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. -Oversee the team members’ performance including timely report to -HOD for under performance and misconduct activities for disciplinary action and termination. -Determine staff requirements and collaborate with HR department for recruiting and on-boarding new team members. -Contribute to respective training and L&D programs.
DESIRED PROFILE-At least 2 years of sales experience with proven track record of positive performance.-Sales experience in the digital industry or solutions based selling is preferred.-Diploma/Undergrad/Graduates in business, marketing or economics.-Self-motivated, independent, team player, proactive, persistence and resilience amidst rejections and problem solver; ‘I can’ mentality.-Ability to build strong rapport and establish trust with clients.-Understand the basics of the sales process and step-by-step approach.-Willing to learn and think out of the box ways to overcome obstacles.-Sales and numbers driven.-Able to communicate clearly in both Myanmar and English. -Strong analytical and problem solving skillsIf this role is of interest to you please apply here with a recent copy of your CV, current salary and expected salary.
