Principal Accountabilities:• Analyse the company performance in terms of customer acquisitions, customer base, churn, usage, ARPU and revenue• Undertake detailed analysis of usage in order to identify trends and new revenue opportunities• Use and refine the business analysis models hereunder Data Mining providing the back bone of the analysis activities• Specify data requirements to other departments with relevant information/intelligence bases• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports highlighting the company performance including emphasis on areas that requires special attention or areas providing opportunities• Define KPIs based on corporate and departmental requirements• Ensures a reporting system for the development of the Business Intelligence• Ensure a close relationship with Customer Care and Sales departments for data mining using CRM tools – and all other departments• Collect the data from different data sources such IT, Network, Billing, ensure the data are correct and produce the report based on those data • Provide the Head of Department and Marketing Director with a strong and valuable support in all Business Intelligence related decisions • Ensure a culture of continuous improvement within the team• Facilitate quality consultation and communication within own team, within the department and with other departments; participate in department meetings.• Any other task as defined by ACS Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or similar• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience• Proficient in English language (spoken and written)• A sound understanding of different BI systems, implementations and applications. • Proven track record in management of complex programs. • Strategic and analytical abilities. • Proven strong analytical focus. Superior managerial and professional development skills; • Ability to interface across multiple disciplines within one organization and achieve results.
