Leadership & management• Directly manage a team of employees within your assigned brand group • Manage the P&L for your brands and advise, coach and educate your team regarding revenue goals, spending goals as well as opportunities for growth • Oversee and keep team up to date with process changes • Oversee team including performance management reviews • Recruit & manage a strong team to build & execute plans to accelerate the retail sales growth of each brand • By leading the overall skill building and development of your brand team in line with company initiatives, you create a positive talent development culture. • Coach the team and get the best from everyone Communication & Networking • Serve as the face of the business for your assigned brands regarding with principle communication.• Engage in the larger community by attending events, networking with local business owners and neighborhood organizations as well as other opportunities to showcase the group of brands.• Communicating new brand which we have opportunity until bring it in Business expansion• Identify, negotiate & secure excellent standalone/counter retail locations in line with the brand image & strategy to expand the brand network in Myanmar in a profitable manner Financial Management P&L responsibility • Elaborate & deliver ambitious budgets & budget revisions which optimize resource utilization• Strategic & Branding Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action” • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics Reporting • Providing management with feedback & Action plan • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Any other job that may be assigned from time to time by the management and to work extended hours if required
-Any Graduate ( a numerate degree is more preferable. i.e. Business Management.-Some solid retail experience (prefer the person who has channel sales experience).-Age between 30 to 40 years old.-Must be able to travel (Domestic/Abroad) and excellent public relation skills. -Be Proficient in both English & Myanmar Languages. -Must have the good practice on Mathematics and Knowledge of Microsoft office software package
