Shop is looking for an BI developer to develop dashboards and analyse trends on Shop platform. E-commerce is made of assortments, buyer, sellers, promotion, various business area (marketplace, retail, imports). Understanding the sales performance of each area against other various factors such as traffic, promotions, vouchers is key to grow the business.The performance analyst must understand sales trend, user trend, various causal relationships to give advice on growth pace, churn, run-rates which is crucial in e-commerce strategy and planning. Understand BI metrics Develop SQL reports Measure sales and traffic performance of various area of e-commerce platform Write and develop various daily and weekly reports to other teams Provide guidance on target settings and subsidies requirements to hit target Manage the voucher budget and monitor the burn rate Detect voucher abuses
