• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails• Plan and present bar menu• Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience• Comply with all food and beverage regulations• Manage the bar team during your shifts, ensuring staff carry out their work to the expected standards at all time.• Assist with induction and training of bar staff.• Regularly liaise with the FOH and Kitchen Managers to ensure seamless cooperation between both teams in delivering excellent service to all visitors.• Produce drinks for servers and guests according to standard recipes and deliver to guests in a timely manner.• Ensure food and drink orders are taken and delivered in a timely manner utilizing proper food handling.• Maintain familiarity with the wine list, the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.• Prep for bar service keeping bar always stocked and clean and monitor inventory.• Must maintain full familiarity with menus and knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Proven working experience as a bartender for more than 3 years• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean• Relevant training certificate• Able to multitask effectively• Comprehensive wine, liquor, cocktail, and beer knowledge required.• Must be able to work flexible shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire shift, up to 8 hours.• Any Graduate.• Good English language and computer skill.• Strong knowledge in operation process and inventory process.• Able to join immediately.
