Job Purpose:• Supervise and manage complete network FO function of network including reporting of all domain. To ensure no alarm miss and timely restoration of fault.Principal Accountabilities:• Provide Second Level System Support with product expertise to resolve fault issues escalated from first level (Front Office and Field Maintenance) diagnostics• Carry out advance remote fault investigation and rectification• Provide support for Emergency incident management• Provide guidance and support for network changes operation• Produce technical reports to identify root cause of problems and give Preventative guidance to avoid recurring problems• Manage trouble ticket escalated to the Third Level Support when needed for resolving network problem or complex problems, track the trouble resolution until resolution is implemented• Regular review and update technical instructions and procedures• Develop new technical methodologies and procedures as required• Provide technical guidance to tier 1 staff to improve technical competence, fault rectification time, and reduce fault escalation• Develop Preventative Maintenance Procedure and recommend scheduling for different teams• Review O&M Methodologies and Procedures and update on a regular basis• Train surveillance staff to improve their skills and reduce the number of escalated Trouble Tickets• Proactively investigate network performance from network indicators and Trouble Tickets created by the performance groupCommunications & Working Relationships: • NOC FO, performance team, cross function handling and troubleshooting, follow up with OEM for L2/L3 issues, RCA sharing with higher management, reporting of task on weekly basis.Framework, Boundaries, Decision Making Authority and Responsibility:• Advance technical support and reporting (Root Cause Analysis).• Problem Management• Change Management• Configuration Management• Preventive Maintenance Planning• 3rd party Support Management
Knowledge Skills and Experience:• Degree/Diploma: B.Sc Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and engineering in related field.• Minimum 4 years LTE experience in respective domain.• Minimum 3 Years Mobile Telecommunications management experience including network performance and NOC BO part handling.
