Report to Sales & Distribution Director and CEO* Ability to articulate thoughts and provide strategic inputs to the director.* Individual presently working in the above role will bepreferred.* Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously,proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion,often with deadline pressures. - Developing productive long term relationships with customers- Creating long term strategies with the client- Act as a main contact for existing and new customers- Reaching sales targets, strike rate, must sales rate & visited rate- Preparing & Reaching new product/brand distribution forecasts and plans- Continuously review & improve sales team routing & productivity- Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts on operation matters such as delivery, on shelf availability, expiry, hygiene & etc.- Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/or town in coordination with trade sales/ client management, and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation- Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with trade sales management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation- Initiate & develop annual marketing plans as per the strategy & guidelines set and agreed with Client management and trade sales team; follow-up on implementation; and report back progress & any recommendations to change or amend- Company products being Impulse products - it becomes imperative to place company products on checkouts, in category, and occasionally in selective out of category
Should have strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Local Language.* Should hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferably in Business or Marketing.* Minimum experience of 3 yrs in a MODERN TRADE SALES & Total experience of 5yrs in a Sales role.* Sould have a STRONG COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS acumen.* Should have sound knowledge and working skills of creating Power Point presentations, Excel, Word etc…* Should be strong in follow ups and ability to liaison with different stakeholders in the organization to achieve the objective.- Should know how to drive a CAR and have a DRIVING License.- Should be an achiever and focused to achieve monthly targets.- Presently should be working in a leading alcohol, beverage or FMCG company - Minimum 3 years and above experience in sales and should be managing MODERN TRADE Channel.- Should have good relations with the Major / Key BARS, KTV's , CLUBS, HOTELS & Supermarkets etc...- Should be familiar on the ways of working and driving sales, promotions etc in MODERN TRADE Channel.- Should have analytical mind and analyse the sales data to take right actions.
