• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management • Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedure• Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations• Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace• Responsible for all aspects of vehicle• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization• Manage and maintain the MIU Library • Maintain the Stock of books, rent and overdue books control• Checking LMS system, organizing the space allocation of library area• Ensure the library policy with librarian and students all time• Check cleanliness of library area and also the behaviors of students within the library• Make sure to solve the complaints from the students and check satisfaction all the time• Cooperate with lecturers and academic teams to maintain the new books and old books• Operate manage the overall operating process the Imperial Bistro and Café • Plan the Menu with Supervisor or Chef and Barista (weekly, monthly and events menu)• Check satisfaction of customers• Check the daily sales, monthly profit and loss statement• Maintain the fixed assets and current assets • Check cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen area and café area• Working together with others team for Events• Performing other duties as may from time to time be required for the running of the MIU and to support the development and strategic direction of the organization
• Degree in business-related field, preferably a Master’s degree in Management, Educational background and/or experience in hospitality desired • Ability to display independent leadership and interpersonal skills in a fast paced working environmentB
