Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy• Create and develop marketing strategies for a group of product. (PetFood)• Develop and plan concept of new product include determiningproduct price, promotion plan and marketing activities.• Analyze market information consist of market size, market shareand growth that gather information from a variety of sources.• Analyze monthly sales and expense to compare with sale target.• Create product knowledge and train sales person and involveddepartment.Advertising and Promotion• Set-up advertising concept and coordinate with agency in order tocreate an advertising.• Handle consumer promotion activities and evaluate result ofactivities.• Survey market not only our product but also competitor’s product inorder to analyze situation and marketing activities.Budgeting• Control marketing budget align with marketing plan.Forecasting• Cooperate with trade marketing in order to plan and analyze sales inevery month.• Summarize and present business review in each quarter.• Manage any problem about lack of stock and packaging.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Marketing, MBA, Business Administration orrelated field.• Minimum 3 years in marketing experience.• Having Experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage• Have creative thinking, strong analytical skill and problem solvingskills.• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.• Computer literacy in MS Office and related software.• Love shopping and finding new trends.• Good at coordinating and communication
