We are looking for a responsible Assistant Hotel Manager who are keen of managing all aspects of operations and provides support to the General Manager. The duties and responsibilities of Assistant Hotel Manager- Assist the General Manager in his day to day operations.- Assigns duties and observes performance of all employees and established operating procedures.- Provides training to all staffs.- Receives and resolved or assists the GM in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.- Review employee performance and conducts personnel actions ( disciplinary actions and termination) - Selects or assist in the selection of hotel staff and completes all new hire paper works.- Assisting GM during Morning meetings or conduct the morning meetings in the absence of GM.-Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls , policies, procedures and service standards.-Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results.- Perform daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.-Builds strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff - Monitor maintenance progress and the hotel own property.- Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.- Must be available 24/7 in case to respond to any guest or employee emergencies.- All other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Management.
Education - A university degree or diploma in hotel management and experience in managing. ( Having experience is more preferable) - Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision and problem resolutions is an added advantage.- Excellent computer system skills. - Must be able to communicate well. - Must be able to stay at Ngwe Saung - Must be available 24/7 .
