- Responsible for proper, efficient and profitable function of all phases of the Restaurant.- Work closely with Management and Head Chef in reviewing of menus and highlighting popular dishes, as well as eliminating dishes and negative feedback.- Ensure smooth operations and services at the restaurant and enforce discipline.- Ensure appearance, cleanliness and set- up the restaurant is properly maintained.- Responsible for serving food & beverages to guests according to service procedures.- Assist in operation including organization and staffing.- Assigned duties to service team members and plan their duty roaster for F&B Manager to approve.- Able to lead, train, manage and motivate team members.- Ensure that the Restaurant meets all sanitary and safety guidelines.- Maintain consistency in food quality and service.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, any field.- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. - Able to work in a fast pace environment.- Process positive attitude and responsibilities.- Love challenges and able to work under pressure.- Customer-service oriented personality.
