- Prepare reports to monitor / evaluate key brands performance- Help conduct & analyze consumer research as well as identify and exploit the opportunities for NIVEA Business based on sound analysis. - Provide the supporting information and conduct analyses to substantiate SBM for presentation development- Manage KV development to align with TVC, product concept, DTC, FB post under the supervision of MM - Develop Press Kit and premium product and support BM to develop instore POSM / activation- Execute the digital campaign or media journey as planned - Execute MC1 data analyses, working closely with Finance - Acknowledge L&RL initiative and follow project scope- Manage Artwork Development- Manage & Monitor A&P budget as well as other processes & documents involved in order to meet the business objectives- Leverage the forecast analysis from Demand Planner and discuss/align with Demand Planner on the validity of the forecast
- Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields- At least 2 years experiences as Product / Brand Management in multinational FMCG companies.- Strong analytical and project management- Leadership of teams- Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative, and good interpersonal skill- Good command in English - Good computer literacy
