The tasks of the Pro-active highly motivated Agri Sales and Marketing Manager include: Develop sales and marketing strategy for agiculture inputs Develop action plan on yearly basis, broken down to action plans per quarter, month and weekSet targets and deadlines for each of the inputs Provide breakdown of profitability of each of the inputs on a quarterly / six-monthly basisReport against set targets and deadlines to Managing Director/assistant MD on weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly basis. Review of targets every 3 and 6 months.Perfect ability to develop and strengthen durable relationships with relevant stakeholders (associations, farmers groups, government)Actively attend all relevant networking events in relation to agricultural development in Myanmar and the region and reports on how they can be useful, integrating possible actions into his/her own workplan and delivery scheme.Maintain and update facebook page and all other social media, promoting every single event and sales.
Relevant degree in Agriculture, farming and /or commerce (ideally abroad)Profound experience/excellent relations with relevant Government departments including DOA, Customs, relevant associations and farmer groupsAt least three years verified experience in selling tractors /agri implements /seeds / fertilizers or other agricultural inputsPro-active, motivated and highly organized individual with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and MyanmarHighly motivated individual who constantly sets new targets for him/herself and for the company who is willing to take on other responsibilities and grow together with the companyIndependent hard worker with good team spiritWilling to travel and promote extensively, mainly Dry Zone, Kayah, Shan, and Ayayarwaddy.
