o Aftersales support for power, Cleaning & Heavy equipment.o Service Schedule Arrangement for service team and report to Manager.o Prepare the costing; create the Quotation for service, spare parts, rental and Maintenance contracto Send the Quotation to customer after AFS Manager Approved.o To follow up quotations that sent to customer.o Coordinate with Parts Admin for the Parts Requirement after receive the Confirmation.o Collect and Control the work done paper, DO and Service Report from Technicians.o Issue the Invoices with DO and Service Reports.o To arrange travelling for service team.o Support the service team for the requirement. (Safety shoe, helmet, uniform shirt)o Support to sale admin for Machine serial no. Engine Model, Serial No. etc...o To update customer Database after commissioning.o To update contract customer list.o To send monthly report of work done and invoice list.o To check and confirm the Spare Parts Prices with parts admin before sending the quotation.o Other assignment as per Manager’s request for business related
-Any graduated (Engineer prefer)-Organizational skills, able to work under pressure, attention to details, high sense of responsibility.-At Least 3 years experiences in relevant field. -English Reading, Writing, Speaking and Emailing.-Require good communication skill in customer support.
