Data entry and management * Assisting the Admissions office in database management, including data entry of enquiries, visitors and applicants and data tracking* Setting up new students’ profiles on the data system* Tracking each applicant’s record after he/she has tested and update database * Filing applications for reject or retest and maintaining this database * Completing files for all successful applications * Tracking enquiry information on database for weekly dashboard and various reportsCustomer service * Answering phone calls * Answering enquiry emails* Setting up appointments for tours and testing * Assisting with school tours when required* Assisting in administering admissions tests when required* Providing general information to walk - in familiesAdmissions reports * Setting up and generating various Admissions reports as required* Updating students and parents’ information in SIMS when needed* Ensuring that all admissions materials are in stock and admissions packs are well prepared for visitors* Sets up open days with all collaterals and support materials* Greet parents at the College gates and guides them to Admissions office (or Open Day event)* Supports all guest visits with refreshments, as well as helping children to settle well when they visit* Answers phone enquiries politely and answers questions patiently and informatively* Helps to follow up post visit and thereafter to help families with admissions questions * Sets up Admissions tests online so that CATS / Midys tests are loaded and ready when families arrive for admissions testing
