■Job description: Management of everyday administrative activities of construction project: Develop and maintain administrative procedure/system for the project. Developing and continuously improving induction/training program for newly hired personals. Maintenance of office supply/apparatus and manage company property. Coordinating travel arrangements: air tickets, hotel accommodation, transport, visa arrangements, claims etc. Developing and implementation of walfare program for the project team Management and maintenance of the eating room for the project team. Develop and implement legal compliance awareness training program. Develop and Implement business manner training program. Labor management (verification of working hours, coordinate healthcare, communicating company rules & regulations ) Planning, preparing, and conducting recreational events for project staff. Lead, supervise, motivate and support administration staff to facilitate teamwork, improve performance and professional commitment. Develop, implement and maintain user-friendly document control system. Organize import/export and custom clearance of construction related equipment/materials. ■Qualification: 1. University or collage degree (preferable in Business Administration and/or related specialization)2. Experience in HR & Administration Management for over 5 years. 3. Can work/travel in Myanmar, working outside Yangon.4. No association with gangs or criminal organizations■Ideal candidate will have:1. Interpersonal (written and oral) communication skill.2. High level of Proficiency in business level English (TOEIC Score 750＋)3. Analytical, Structured and Comprehensive information processing skills.4. Computer literacy: MS Office applications (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)5. Demonstrated pro-active and strong leadership, good problems solving skills and effective decision-making ability 6. Strong Coordination Skill7. Legal knowledge and applicable regulations
