Responsible to manage overall administrative and HR activities for the organization1. HR- Manage and implement HR policies and procedures effectively- Accomplish the variety of HR functions including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relationships and compliance with all applicable laws for Myanmar- Supervise and administer company benefits programs- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys(scheduling and conducting job evaluations / preparing pay budgets / monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions / recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions)2. Admin- Carry out administrative related tasks(policy development in relation to General Affairs / terminal management / contract management / procurement / fixed asset management / negotiation with government / insurance management / community issues etc. )- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Must have around 10 years working experience as Admin cum HR- Must have min. 3 years working experience as Admin cum HR Manager- Must have working experience in foreign company"- Must have knowledge in general HR and labor law- Must be business level in the English language,
