*Ensuring that daily cash books, vouchers and sale records are complied with Company financial policy and procedures by checking them daily basis *To entry data in accounting software from Daily Cash Register and Bank Register*To check documents whether they meet or not with financial policies and relevant signatures of authorized persons*Ensuring that all the financial records are kept in systematic order*To make sure the accuracy of amount received from customers and paid to suppliers*To follow up for outstanding account receivables and arrange payments for outstanding account payables*Conduct cash count and stocks count by weekly basis*Perform month-end accounting activities such as monthly account closing and journal entries*Assist in external audit by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations*Assist in preparation of financial reports and analysis as assigned by Finance Manager
*Any Graduate with professional qualifications in (LCCI-I, II, III) & ACCA*Proficiency in Microsoft office and accounting software*Must have Good Personality and Attitude*Have Passion in accounting*Good in Teamwork, Communication and Interpersonal Skill*At least 2 years experience in accounting jobs
