ROLE PURPOSEThe Account Manager for HP will maintain the relationship with a number of dealers in our HP Book. The Account manager will be part of the HP Team that is established within the Digital Retail division of Yoma Bank. A large part of the job will be introducing the new digital HP Dealer Portal to key players within our Authorized Dealer Network as well as seeking new dealers and growing the number of loans processed through existing dealers.The Account Manager will run the day to day business of several assigned Authorized Dealers. This includes answering product and portal related questions, onboarding new dealers into day-to-day operations and resolving operational issues for loan applications.RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain a relationship with operational and management level staff of our Authorized Dealers.- Introducing new product features to the operational and management level staff of our Authorized Dealers, including the new digital HP Dealer Portal.- Identify potential new business opportunities with existing Authorized Dealers.- Identify possible product improvements or marketing opportunities and drive these together with the Senior Account Manager and Head of Digital HP Sales Team.
