Company vision and mission

Vision

To play our part in changing the world for the better.
To help enable change in the world’s most fragile places, inspire others to engage in shared value and make gender equality a reality.

Mission

To provide the highest possible level of ethical, rapid staffing solutions and HR to the humanitarian and development community, no matter how challenging the context.

What we do

Committed to Good (CTG) is a specialist people solutions provider offering a rapid and cost-effective Human Resources and recruitment service for development and humanitarian missions. A pioneering private sector company set up in 2006 specifically to staff humanitarian and development projects, CTG has worked in more than 25 fragile and conflict-affected countries and has placed more than 20,000 staff all over the world.

CTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, mechanics to infection specialists, field co-ordinators to civil engineers. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.

Through our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG saves multilateral organisations time and money. We handle all our clients’ HR-related issues, so they are free to focus on their core services.

Eman Abusaada, Gaza

Civil Engineer

What also makes me vibrant is that the CTG sees a unique opportunity in hiring more engineers-women in its ranks, not to mention that it aims to hire 30% women as a part of its strategic plan by 2030.

Celestine Olale, Liberia

Head Nurse– Ebola Treatment

At the height of my career, in 2014, I worked as a CTG consultant in an Ebola Treatment Unit (ETU) in Liberia. The experience was intense but I felt properly supported because CTG provided a lot of care to their staff.

Asmaa Saad Azaiza, Gaza

On-site Monitoring Quantity Surveyor Engineer

I’m grateful for the support system we have at CTG. The company always strives to create a comfortable working environment for the employees, and they’re always open to hear our voices and receive suggestions.
